Ivica (known as Ivan) Karamatic – Senior Mortgage Broker.

Our senior broker and founder of the company, who has been working in the financial sector since 1988 – including an 18 year long tenure at NAB, where he eventually become Regional Executive Private Banking, before pivoting into the brokerage industry, working for Loan Market for a number of years before eventually going out on his own. Ivan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Wollongong, with majors in Economics and Management Studies. He has also completed a Certificate IV and Diploma in Financial Services.

Kristian Karamatic – Mortgage Broker

The ‘prodigal son’ according to some. Kristian started working for Lova Finance in November 2020. Prior to this, he worked as a home loan specialist for ING for 1,5 years. With over 5 years of experience in writing home loans, Kristian is eager to grow the business, and slowly start taking the reigns from Ivan as the primary face of the business. Kristian has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Wollongong, as well as his Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Kristina Stojic – Office Manager / Loan Writer

Kristina joined the company in September 2022, she was the definition of ‘call in the cavalry’. With the business growing, Ivan and Kristian were struggling to keep up, and Kristina has since proven herself as an invaluable asset to the company. She keeps the office running, and is the primary loan writer for both Ivan and Kristian. She has recently completed her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and has ambitions to become a mortgage broker in her own right.
